About APMRC

The Governemnt of India while bifurcating the State of Andhra Pradesh in 2014 into two States i.e. Telangana and Andhra Pradesh under AP Reorganization Act, 2014 imposed an obligation on GoI to take initiative to examine the Feasibility of Metro Rail facility in Visakhapatnam and Vijayawada in the State of Andhra Pradesh.
